CROP provides a platform connecting creators with clients seeking digital services including but not limited to graphic design, web development, content writing, video editing, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the CROP platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on CROP, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CROP or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in the service descriptions. CROP charges a platform fee for facilitating transactions between clients and creators.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a client and creator, CROP will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a resolution. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

CROP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

CROP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law
